关于弹簧加压摇架实施无压力差纺纱的探讨

摘要:为实施棉纺环锭细纱机应用弹簧加压摇架无压力差纺纱,提升纺纱质量水平,节约电能,降低制造纺纱胶管用胶消耗,探讨消除摇架间工作压力差的方法;根据“细纱机牵伸加压摇架前胶辊直径相同则摇架间工作压力差自然消失”的原理,提出胶辊制作与更换法、胶辊直径分区无压力差纺纱法、胶辊直径统一无压力差纺纱法和前、后胶辊直径统一无压力差纺纱法等,使常规的纺纱过渡到无压力差纺纱。指出:实施无压力差纺纱方法时应加强管理措施以弥补摇架缺陷,实现无压力差纺纱;同时,给出细纱车间无压力差纺纱方法选用指南以供参考。

Discussion on Spinning with Spring Pressure Cradle with Zero Pressure Difference

Abstract:In order to carry out the plan of cotton spinning with ring spinning frame with zero pressure difference of spring cradles for better spinning quality,less electric energy and rubber consumption for manufacturing spinning tube,probing is done into the method eliminating working pressure difference of cradles.According to the principle that the working pressure difference of cradle disappears logically when the front cots have the same size of diameter,methods are put forward regarding the cot production and replacement,spinning with the cots with the sectional diameter of zero pressure difference,spinning with all the cots with the same diameter of zero pressure difference and spinning with front and rear cots with the same diameter of zero pressure difference,replacing the conventional spinning.It is pointed out that the management measures should be strengthened to compensate for the defects of the cradles and realize spinning with zero pressure difference.At the same time,a guide for selecting spinning method with zero pressure difference in the spinning workshop is given for reference.
